Letter f and g

Been doing more worksheets than crafts. The kids are learning and that is what counts. We are still enjoying doing this together! Todd even joined in in the g craft.

The guitar was not worth making! They were hard and the kids couldn't help much. But the letter was learned. 

We got snow!!!!!! Kids were so happy

Kids need more veggies in their diet....so I am making fruit/veggie smoothies for them n they love them. 

Wednesday we went to the zoo with my dad! 70 degrees!!!! Of course the next day it was in the 20's again. 

Well that's what we have been up to :) 

Letter Ee

So again we had sick kids this week. Christiana is now sick... Well after this week we should be in the clearing. :D so not much crafting went on. But that's ok cuz I believe we learned the letter. I'm doing more this week because we are snowed in. Or should I say iced in. We had snow then Lots of sleet. More coming to tonight I believe. 

But we did shape sorting with envelopes. The kids were not very impressed... Bummer. But with them being on antibiotic the world is a different place called crankyville!!!! Have a great week!!!!

Letter d week

We did quite bit this in making our music wall/ d wall. The maracas were added this week. Kinda ugly but they work and the kids loved making them. The drums were a success and the kids love it when they can play with what they made. :)

We had a picnic in the living room. Our theme that day was dinosaurs. So we watched land before time during lunch.

Here are some pics of making our crafts and finger painting. I made the finger paint but it went bad the day after we used it. Gotta do a better recipe. :)

I just wanted to add one last photo. The kids were not getting along so I separated them. So this is what they did and they were playing good. 

Letter c week

We didn't get to do too much last week. Naomi got sick so most of my attention was on her. Now Joseph is sick so yea... :) But I wanted to at least post what we did do. 

They really seem to enjoy doing crafts with me. I love watching them have fun!!

Not really much else to say so il leave it there :) 

Letter b week

We did quite a few fun things with the letter b this week. 

We did a balance beam! Christiana thought that was awesome. 

We also made a b box to find things in our toy room that started with the letter b.

Iv been organizing a few more things this week

Made Christiana a reading spot in her closet.

Started a music wall

We had so many magnets that I had to find something better than the fridge. So my sisternlaw gave me this idea to use large oil pans. :) works great. Project soon is cover them with light fabric so they look super cute. 

I managed to get Christiana to stay still long enough to accomplish French baud pig tails:)

Learning new stuff!!

I finally learned to French braid!!! Definitely need to keep practicing but not bad for a second try!

I even did mine!! So excited to discover I can do something with hair. Now I will try new things and see what we can do. 

I have started preschool with the kiddos. So this week we are learning the letter Aa. We do a craft, a color page and a game every day to help them learn the letter. My goal is to have them know the letter and what it says. Christiana already knows all of them, but it's a great review. Plus she is helping Joseph learn them!!
